Senior Sales Manager, AI Healthcare Platform (U.S.)
A fast growing healthcare technology company is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive adoption of an innovative AI powered platform supporting cancer diagnostics and pathology workflows across hospital systems and laboratories in the United States.
In this role, you will lead enterprise sales efforts, engaging with physicians, pathology leaders, hospital administrators, IT teams, and executive stakeholders to demonstrate the clinical and operational value of advanced AI solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and deal closure while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of quota carrying sales experience in medical devices, healthcare software, diagnostics, or digital health, with a strong track record of selling into hospital systems or clinical laboratories. Experience navigating complex, multi stakeholder sales environments and healthcare contracting processes is essential.
