We're looking for a battle-tested Sales Manager who knows the Pay-Per-Call (PPC) industry inside out — someone who’s hungry to close deals, scale revenue fast, and take full ownership of our PPC advertiser network.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take full control of our Pay-Per-Call campaigns — strategy, sales, growth.
- Pitch, close, and grow high-value advertiser accounts.
- Leverage your existing network of advertisers to plug in scalable deals.
- Analyze performance and push for constant RPC and ROI improvements.
- Work closely with our affiliate sales team to maximize campaign delivery.
- Proactively hunt for deals — you don’t wait for them to land.
- Own relationships and revenue.
- Oversee payment cycles and keep revenue flowing.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in affiliate marketing, with strong focus on Pay-Per-Call
- A rolodex of live advertisers ready to plug in and spend. Both inbounds and transfers.
- Deep understanding of Debt, SSDI, ACA, Medicare, FE, Home Improvement, MVA and other verticals.
- Performance mindset — data-driven, detail-obsessed.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.
- Bonus: experience with outbound call center operations (B2B).
