Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Manager based in Europe for remote work (all EU, not limited to Germany). The Sales Manager will oversee the complete sales process, including identifying potential clients throughout Europe, building strong customer relationships, and creating tailored sales strategies. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales metrics to meet and exceed business targets.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in logistics, technology, or IoT industries
  • Strong track record selling complex IoT / SaaS solutions into large enterprises, understand long sales cycles, and know how to navigate multi-stakeholder environments 
  • Strong abilities in communication, negotiation, and relationship building
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop effective sales plans
  • Comfortable managing remote work models, with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
  • Experience working with global clients or in international markets is a must
