About the Role

ADV Global Group is expanding its Northern Sweden footprint, and we are hiring a Senior Sales Executive to lead new business growth across the region's blue-collar economy. This is not a development seat, it is a senior, autonomous role for a closer who already operates inside Norrbotten and Västerbotten and understands how labour, mobilisation and compliance actually move on the ground.


You will sell our Employer of Record (EOR) and international workforce solutions to companies powering Sweden's industrial north, the green steel, battery, mining, manufacturing, construction, logistics, energy and forestry projects driving one of Europe's largest industrial transitions. Your remit covers the full blue-collar spectrum: skilled trades, technicians, operators, mechanics, drivers, riggers, welders, electricians, and the cross-border crews needed to keep these sites moving.


This role suits a commercially mature operator with an active, warm contact book among project directors, HR heads, site managers and procurement leads at the major employers and Tier-1 contractors in the region. You will own the territory, run the cycle end to end, and convert relationships into signed revenue from week one.

 

Key Responsibilities

·        Open and close new business across Northern Sweden's blue-collar sectors, construction, manufacturing, mining & metals, green industry, logistics, energy and forestry.

·        Sell EOR, international mobilisation, compliant cross-border hiring and integrated workforce solutions to industrial clients, EPCs, OEMs and Tier-1 contractors.

·        Engage senior stakeholders, Project Directors, HR Directors, Heads of Talent, Procurement Leads and Site Managers, and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed contract.

·        Leverage existing warm relationships across the Luleå, Skellefteå, Boden and Umeå industrial corridor, including the major green-transition sites and their supply chains.

·        Build pricing, commercial proposals and SOWs in coordination with legal, payroll, compliance and operations teams.

·        Position ADV Global Group as the partner of choice for compliant deployment of EU and non-EU blue collar talent into Swedish projects.

·        Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and a constantly weighted pipeline.

·        Hit and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required Experience

·        5–8+ years B2B sales experience selling workforce, recruitment, EOR, payroll, staffing or HR services into industrial / blue collar clients.

·        Demonstrable warm network across Northern Sweden's industrial employers and Tier-1 contractors, this is a hard requirement, not a development goal.

·        Direct experience selling into one or more priority sectors: construction, manufacturing, mining & metals, green industry (battery, hydrogen, green steel), logistics, energy & renewables, or forestry.

·        Track record of carrying and exceeding a six- or seven-figure annual new business number.

·        Comfort with cross-border mobilisation, work permits, posting of workers, collective agreements (kollektivavtal) and Swedish labour law as commercial conversation topics.

·        Fluent Swedish and professional English. Finnish is a strong advantage given cross-border crew flows.

·        Based in or with deep operational presence in Norrbotten or Västerbotten.

 

Key Skills

·        Senior consultative selling, diagnosing complex workforce problems and structuring commercially sound EOR solutions.

·        Strong negotiation and closing rigour at director / C-suite level.

·        Commercial fluency on margin, deal structure, contract terms and SLAs.

·        Ability to translate compliance, payroll and immigration complexity into clear client-facing value.

·        Self-managed, autonomous, and disciplined on pipeline and forecasting.

·        Credible presence on industrial sites and in boardrooms alike.
