We help ambitious brands dominate real-world attention in major cities. Our inventory includes premium billboards, EV advertising trucks, e-bikes, and other non-traditional formats designed to break through digital noise. Our clients include globally recognized brands such as Netflix, Nike, and Fendi.

We are expanding our Los Angeles and New York teams and are seeking a seasoned OOH sales professional with a proven track record of revenue generation and established relationships with agencies and direct brands.

This role is built for someone who already knows how to navigate the out of home ecosystem, open doors at the agency level, and consistently close meaningful deals.

You Are a Fit If You

  • Have direct experience selling OOH or outdoor media inventory
  • Bring an existing network of agency and brand-side relationships
  • Have a demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Are confident leading conversations with senior marketing decision-makers
  • Know how to sell value, not just inventory
  • Thrive in high-performance, commission-driven environments
  • Prefer autonomy and ownership over micromanagement

What You Will Own

  • Driving new business across Los Angeles and New York markets
  • Leveraging and expanding agency and brand relationships
  • Prospecting, pitching, and closing high-value OOH campaigns
  • Presenting strategic, creative outdoor solutions with authority
  • Managing a full sales cycle pipeline and consistently hitting weekly and monthly revenue targets

What We Expect

  • Proven experience in OOH, media, or advertising sales with measurable results
  • Strong agency relationships are highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of self-discipline and accountability
  • Deep familiarity with major market dynamics, especially Los Angeles
  • Comfort operating in a commission-heavy compensation structure

Compensation

  • Base salary plus uncapped commission
  • Performance bonuses tied to revenue milestones
