Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative – Sweden (Nordics & Baltics)


We are looking for a driven and technically curious sales professional to join the local Swedish team and help expand their footprint across multiple high-tech industries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and working close to advanced engineering and testing solutions.


The company designs and manufactures emissions measurement systems alongside a broader portfolio of precision testing equipment. They have a strong and established presence in automotive applications, this position will play a key role in strengthening the reach within marine and mechatronics sectors that use combustion engines, as well as opening doors in new and emerging industries.


Growth areas include:

  • Scientific and laboratory instrumentation
  • Process control and environmental monitoring
  • Medical diagnostic technologies
  • Semiconductor manufacturing


Your role

As part of the Swedish sales organization, you will be responsible for developing both existing accounts and new business opportunities. You will work closely with customers to understand their technical challenges and propose the most suitable testing solutions.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing trusted partnerships with customers and acting as their main commercial contact
  • Identifying and executing sales strategies that grow revenue across multiple testing applications
  • Expanding collaboration with key automotive customers while actively developing opportunities in adjacent and future-focused industries
  • Managing the full sales process, from early technical discussions through negotiation and closing
  • Acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams such as engineering, R&D, and product specialists

Your background

You likely have:

  • A strong interest in technology and a solid understanding of the automotive or related industrial sectors
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within a technical or engineering-driven environment
  • Confidence working independently, taking initiative, and building relationships from the ground up
  • Experience engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including engineers, researchers, R&D teams, purchasing departments, and senior decision-makers
  • The ability to translate customer needs into value-driven solutions and handle commercial discussions and negotiations
  • A flexible, humble, and solution-oriented working style
  • A willingness to learn detailed technical concepts in order to support value-based pricing and long-term customer trust


Location & travel

*********The position is based at the Gothenburg office (hybrid working is open for discussion. Regular travel within the Nordic region. Occasional trips to the Baltic countries may also be required a few times per year.
