For our division Advice Engagement, specialised in lead generation, we have now an open position for a Senior Sales Account Spain - LATAM.
After experimenting a tremendous growth over the last 3 years on the domestic market, with our brand E-leads, generating high-converting leads from social ads and various other channels (DEM, SMS, etc), we are now looking to expand our business internationally, with a first focus on the Spanish speaking area.
We want someone who knows the Spanish market, has established relationships within it, is hungry and eager to take the next step in his/her career.
You will have a direct impact on the success of our Spanish business, which will become a strategic revenue source for our Group. We expect you, if successful, to evolve into the Country Manager of the Region, with the opportunity to build and lead our local operations from scratch.
Reporting directly to the CEO, we expect you to:
● Build our business in Spain and in the LATAM region.
● Co-create and drive the sales strategy focused on winning new clients in the core markets.
● Meet revenue targets through disciplined sales process and operational excellence.
● Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify opportunities & threats, adjusting the sales strategy accordingly.
● Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners.
● Represent Advice Group at industry events.
● A demonstrated track record of exceeding sales target within the lead generation industry in the Spanish market.
● 5+ years of experience as a Sales Account in ES within the lead generation industry (ideally for a local performance marketing agency).
● A deep understanding of the local lead generation market and its dynamics (publishers, verticals, etc).
● Cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset, you're both a visionary and a proactive individual who embraces the potential for success, fueled by a passion to transform your dreams into reality
● You're a self-starter and a determined achiever, aiming high and showing unwavering determination. Your tenacity knows no bounds, and you're driven to persist until your objectives are met.
● Experience selling at all levels, including “C” level and above.
● You are a leader but also a team player. You take action and pride yourself on taking accountability for your actions.
● Collect feedback from customers and collaborate with the marketing team to improve the campaigns.
● Strong knowledge of modern tech tools (Slack, G-Suite, Salesforce, etc).
● Spanish native level, speak fluent in English (a bonus for Italian).
