Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Account Manager. In this position, you will manage client accounts, foster long-term customer relationships, and work to ensure customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, developing new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers’ needs are met and contribute to achieving company sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field - or equivalent relevant commercial experience within Plant EPC / Process industries.
  • 5+ years of experience in new business sales / hunting roles within B2B, industrial, or engineering-centric markets.
  • Demonstrated success in winning new logos and opening complex enterprise accounts.
  • Strong ability to engage senior technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Highly structured, self-driven, and comfortable operating with limited hand-holding.
  • Proven experience managing long sales cycles and capital project-driven opportunities.
  • Proficient in CRM-based pipeline management (e.g. Salesforce).
