We are looking for an experienced QA/Tester to lead the development and execution of QA strategies for our app's innovative AI assistant. This includes being responsible for the testing of both the UI flows and the logic behind the educational and customer support functions. You will innovate to find efficient and maintainable testing and documentation setups that allow for frequent high quality releases that stay compliant to the medical device regulations.

What you will be doing
- Work collaboratively in an agile team composed of a product manager, software engineers, product designers and testers to shape the product
- Focusing on setting up, planning, performing and documenting testing of the user flows and logic of the app’s AI powered educational content and chatbot
- Work as part of the distributed QA team, collaborating closely with testers in other product teams to improve our QA strategies and to ensure medical device compliance
- Keep medical device documentation including design reviews, requirements, and test cases up to date
- Help ensure continuous delivery of new releases by staying up to date with the day to day activities of the team and planning testing and releases accordingly
What skills and experience we think you have
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with QA and software testing, including
- writing test cases and using different types of QA methodologies,
- working in an agile team and using test management tools, e.g. JIRA,
- being involved in the complete bug lifecycle, from identification and reporting to tracking and verification,
- utilizing browser developer tools (e.g., Inspect Element) and/or analyzing logs or console data.
- Technical testing experience
- Experience of, or interest in testing or working with Machine Learning/AI algorithms/models
- Experience of researching and/or comparing different test tools and/or test strategies
- Attention to details and problem-solving attitude
- Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills
It is a bonus if you also have experience with or an interest in one or more of the following:
- Working with risks/requirements (documentation)
- Test automation or scripting (e.g. Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript)

Location
We are remote-friendly, but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person. Most of the product development team you will work with is located in Stockholm.
