POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Project Manager is a strategic delivery leader within the Tag, accountable for managing complex client programs and driving the end‑to‑end execution of integrated creative production deliverables. This role partners with clients, creative leadership, production teams, and operational stakeholders to deliver high‑quality work efficiently, accurately, and at scale.
The Senior Project Manager owns workflow execution across creative development and production leveraging global resources and tools such as Workfront and Smartsheet to manage multiple workstreams with clarity and control.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Partnership & Leadership
- Act as a senior day‑to‑day client partner, owning relationships, timelines, and delivery strategy across assigned accounts or programs.
- Lead intake conversations with clients, helping define scope, priorities, timelines, and production approach.
- Provide proactive communication on status, risks, and mitigation plans; confidently lead high‑stakes discussions and escalations.
- Support growth opportunities by identifying efficiencies, expanded production solutions, or workflow enhancements.
Program & Delivery Leadership
- Oversee complex, multi‑channel creative and production programs, ensuring seamless execution from request intake through final delivery.
- Manage and optimize production workflows within Project Management Tools, including project structures, task dependencies, SLAs, and reporting.
- Build and maintain advanced schedules, trackers, and dashboards to provide visibility across large bodies of work.
- Ensure accurate scoping, forecasting, and workload distribution in partnership with studio leadership.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Identify, lead, and implement workflow improvements to increase speed, quality, and scalability of production delivery.
- Develop and document studio best practices, production standards, and repeatable processes.
- Monitor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and resourcing plans, driving corrective action where needed.
- Support onboarding and mentoring of Project Managers, providing guidance on tools, workflows, and client management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience in project or program management within a creative, production, or agency environment.
- Strong background in integrated creative production, including production‑heavy digital and print workflows and understanding of specs by tactic type.
- Hands‑on experience with Workfront or Monday.com; strong proficiency in Smartsheet preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high‑volume programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Sprints and Backlogs. Agile Certification a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects of medium complexity to successful completion; able to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Experience with project scoping and estimating.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills; ability to plan for all eventualities and provide solutions to issues.
