Role Description

The Senior Project Director is responsible for overseeing and managing strategic planning, development, and execution of resort projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Key duties include directing project timelines, budgets, and resources; collaborating with stakeholders; overseeing cross-departmental communication; and ensuring project quality and delivery on schedule. The Senior Project Director will lead teams, resolve complex challenges, and uphold standards of excellence in project execution. This is a full-time and remote role, offering opportunities to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of guest experiences and the resort’s legacy.

Qualifications
  • Project management expertise, with experience in planning, resource allocation, and budget management
  • Strategic planning and leadership skills for guiding cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Problem-solving and decision-making expertise, with the ability to navigate complex scenarios
  • Familiarity with resort operations, hospitality, or golf course management is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
