The Program Analyst will provide coordinated program, acquisition, and test support to PEO-TIS and the PM-Remote Capabilities team across efforts including MTUAS, Combat Mission Needs Statements (CMNS), and emerging initiatives. This role supports the Deputy Program Manager and Program Manager by assisting with planning, documentation, scheduling, requirements tracking, and status reporting to ensure activities remain aligned with USSOCOM’s strategic objectives and operational priorities. The Program Analyst will maintain awareness of program status, requirements updates, and changes to schedule or budget, and will help ensure that tasks, deliverables, and program actions are executed in accordance with PEO-TIS expectations. Through this coordinated support, the Program Analyst contributes to effective program execution and the successful advancement of USSOCOM mission needs.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Management or related field preferred with 10 years relevant experience; High School Diploma and additional years of experience are acceptable in lieu of degree.
Will be required to travel to USSOCOM HQ in Tampa, FL for recurring multi-day TDY periods in support of program requirements, as well as additional travel to government sites as directed. Travel frequency will vary depending on mission tempo and program needs.

Job Functions
Program Management & Acquisition Support
- Support the SOCOM PM/APM with planning, coordination, and execution of program activities across cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
- Prepare, track, and maintain program documentation, including plans, schedules, briefs, risk logs, acquisition artifacts, requirements documents, and decision materials.
- Assist with development, coordination, and maintenance of program requirements documentation such as CMNS, CDD, SORRD, and supporting artifacts.
- Conduct research and analysis on policies, directives, and acquisition guidelines relevant to SOCOM program execution.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of developmental and operational test activities, including scheduling, logistics planning, documentation preparation, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Prepare or support preparation of test-related materials such as Requirements Traceability Matrices, Test Plans, entrance/exit criteria, OTRR documentation, and associated artifacts.
- Support Test Integrated Product Team (TIPT), Working IPT (WIPT), and configuration/change control activities through meeting preparation, action tracking, and document updates.
- Track T&E milestones, data collection, and deliverables to ensure alignment with PM/APM direction and SOCOM program timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and engineering personnel regarding configuration updates, OEM advisories, and technical inputs affecting program execution.
- Assist with maintenance of configuration management documentation and tracking of changes impacting cost, schedule, or performance.
- Identify, document, and communicate program risks; assist in developing mitigation strategies and reporting risk status to program leadership.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to identify trends, performance indicators, and areas requiring corrective action.
- Develop reports and presentations summarizing program status, financials, risks, and technical progress for government sponsors and internal leadership.
- Maintain organized program documentation and historical records within specified SharePoint repositories to ensure auditability and traceability.
- Support preparation of monthly status reports, financial summaries, and regularly recurring program updates.
- Coordinate across SOCOM components, government stakeholders, industry partners, and cross-functional teams to support program objectives.
- Facilitate communication between government sponsors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal Compass Systems personnel.
- Support planning and execution of training events, demonstrations, technical meetings, and onsite program engagements.
- Serve as meeting recorder for program-related meetings, prepare and distribute minutes, track action items, and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, trackers, and presentation materials using Microsoft Office Suite tools.
- Maintain accurate records of action documents, deadlines, program correspondence, and deliverable status.
- Knowledge of grammar, spelling, capitalization, and punctuation prepare correspondence accurately. Knowledge of the formats, forms, and usual terminology of the organization. Knowledge to perform such tasks as assembling information to be used for reports or responses to inquiries, to compose correspondence requiring a technical knowledge, and to maintain awareness of clerical and administrative problems related to the organization.

- Experience supporting USSOCOM, SOF Components, Service PEOs, or DoD PMOs preferred.
- Experience with test & evaluation coordination, requirements tracking and acquisition documentation.
- Ability to work with government leadership and industry partners effectively.
- Strong Analytical skills required to examine and analyze systems and processes
- Must have strong Writing, Reporting, Scheduling, Time Management, Organizational, and Presentation Skills
- High degree of attentiveness to accuracy and detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Team player, customer-service oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under constricted deadlines
- Active TS, SCI eligible clearance required or the ability to obtain one.
