Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), specifically within Retail and Commerce domains. The ideal candidate will drive product ownership for payment and omni-channel commerce capabilities, ensuring seamless integration across POS, Call Center, and E-commerce platforms.
Contract Length: 3 months renewable
Location: Remote - occasional travel to Malmo
Start Date: January
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage D365 Retail & Commerce configurations for multi-channel environments.
- Define and implement payment methods per channel, including POS, Call Center, and E-commerce.
- Configure tender types, card types, and payment connectors (Adyen, PayPal, and other third-party integrations).
- Ensure compliance with tokenization and PCI standards.
- Enable and manage Omni-channel Commerce Order Payments, including unified payment editing and refund capabilities across channels.
- Set up and maintain Call Center channel configurations, mapped payment operations, and user assignments for centralized payment management.
- Activate and manage feature settings for:
- Unified payment posting journal defaults
- Omni-channel payments
- Duplicate payment protection
- Refunds over multiple captures
- Order completion validation
- Configure refund methods, RMA processes, and linked refunds support.
- Oversee E-commerce payment module setup, including connector properties, supported tender types, and primary payment module designation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in D365 Retail & Commerce environments.
- Strong knowledge of payment integrations, omni-channel commerce, and compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience with Adyen, PayPal, and other payment connectors.
- Ability to manage complex configurations across POS, Call Center, and E-commerce channels.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
