RB Global is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive our international growth objectives. In this critical role, you will own the international product roadmap for the RB Marketplace business, serving as the bridge between our international markets and our core technology teams.
You will act as the primary product voice for our business leaders in the EMEA and APAC regions, translating their unique market needs into actionable product strategies. Working in close concert with Product and Engineering leadership in North America, you will shape a unified roadmap that not only solves local challenges but drives significant growth in Gross Transaction Value (GTV) outside of North America.
This is a 100% remote role, ideally suited for a candidate based in Europe to facilitate collaboration across time zones.

Key Responsibilities
- International Roadmap Ownership: Define, own, and execute the product roadmap for the RB Marketplace business across international regions, ensuring alignment with global strategic goals.
- Strategic Alignment: Partner deeply with International business leaders in EMEA and APAC to uncover key market requirements, customer pain points, and growth opportunities.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Serve as the conduit between international stakeholders and North American Product & Engineering leadership to prioritize features that drive global scale while respecting local nuances.
- Drive GTV Growth: Identify and implement product initiatives specifically designed to accelerate Gross Transaction Value (GTV) and adoption in non-North American markets.
- User-Centric Design: Champion the user experience; work with design teams to craft intuitive, "amazing" experiences that resonate with diverse international user bases.
- Technical Partnership: Collaborate effectively with software developers and engineers, translating business requirements into technical specifications and participating in agile development processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in formal product management roles.
- Marketplace Expertise: Proven track record of building and scaling platforms for two-sided marketplace businesses. You understand the dynamics of balancing supply and demand.
- Global Mindset: Demonstrated experience building products for international markets. You understand localization, regulatory challenges, and cultural nuances in software development.
- Exceptional Communication: You are an amazing storyteller. You can craft compelling narratives to evangelize your product vision and influence stakeholders across different cultures and levels of the organization.
- Product Sense & UX: You have a sharp eye for product design and user experience, refusing to settle for "good enough."
- Technical Fluency: You are technical enough to have credible conversations with engineering teams, understand trade-offs, and earn their respect.
- Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet with regional teams and key stakeholders.
