Accountabilities

  • Own product features from concept through to production, including design, implementation, and deployment.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve core web and API experiences with a focus on usability and performance.
  • Translate operational and user needs into intuitive, actionable product solutions.
  • Release features frequently, gather feedback, and iterate to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Design scalable, maintainable architectures that support platform growth.
  • Leverage automation and intelligent workflows to simplify user and operator journeys.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, data, and operations teams to turn ideas into measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Strong experience building user-facing products as a senior engineer, with a track record of shipping features users love.
  • Comfortable working across frontend, backend, and APIs in modern web stacks (e.g., React, Node.js , cloud-native platforms).
  • High standards for code quality, performance, and user experience.
  • Strong product mindset, with focus on outcomes and real-world impact.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive execution in a remote-first environment.
  • Experience designing scalable systems and maintaining clean, maintainable architectures.
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
