Role - Provider Procurement SMP
Required Qualifications / Experience
REQUIRED
- Twelve (12) years of intensive and progressive experience in the applicable specialty field. Experience must include:
- Developing and/or managing business requirements and business processes to support the implementation of a Provider Management module.
- Bachelor’s degree.
PREFERRED
- A Master's Degree.
- Two (2) years’ experience in a large healthcare system.
- Any certifications and experience with process improvement techniques (such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PDCA cycles, and Kanban), Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar.
- Any technical certifications and experience such as ITIL Service Management, Comp TIA certifications, Oracle, Microsoft. Cisco, AWS, certifications, or areas such as IT Governance, IT Auditing, IT Risk Management, etc.
Responsibilities
- Document business and technical requirements for a Provider Management Module RFP
- Assess current state provider business processes and translate current start into future state business processes or requirements
- Perform market research and provide insights into provider management systems and business processes across the country
- Draft Provider module key performance indicators and measurable business outcomes
- Facilitates meetings with client stakeholders to solicit stakeholder feedback on requirements and RFP content
- Assist with developing an implementation strategy and timeline to implement a provider management module
- Develop bidder questions based on the RFP scope and requirements
- Develops high quality and grammatically correct RFP content
