Performance marketing often sits in its own bubble, focused on optimizing campaigns and driving more ROAS. And while that's important to the role, it's no longer enough to just be great at managing campaigns—today's best performance marketers understand the business and the strategy behind the campaigns they run. They think about ICP, industry context, and how paid media fits into a broader commercial strategy.


As our Senior Performance Marketer, you'll be responsible for our clients' performance marketing efforts, working across platforms (mainly Google Ads and LinkedIn but also Reddit, YouTube, X and Meta ads when relevant) to help our clients scale their business through paid campaigns,


This is a client-facing role where strategic thinking, stakeholder management and communication are every bit as important as performance expertise. We're looking for somebody who is equally comfortable optimizing bids in a campaign manager and presenting a quarterly strategy to a VP of Marketing.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads as your primary channels
  • Execute and scale paid campaigns on Meta, YouTube, Reddit, and Bing Ads as opportunities arise
  • Build and execute the paid component of account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, layering targeting, intent data, and account lists into your channel strategy
  • Lead client-facing performance audits/reviews, present strategic recommendations, and proactively surface insights that connect campaign metrics to broader business outcomes
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's industry, competitive landscape, and ICP—and use that to shape targeting, messaging, and channel mix decisions
  • Collaborate with TGS strategists and creative teams to ensure paid media supports broader growth initiatives
  • Manage budgets, run A/B tests, and report on the metrics that matter—pipeline influenced, cost per opportunity, and ROAS
  • Document campaign strategies, processes, and learnings for client teams


Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media
  • Meaningful experience in B2B environments
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads—non-negotiable
  • An ability to jump into new platforms (or changes to existing platforms) and figure them out
  • Proven experience executing the paid side of ABM campaigns
  • Available in a similar timezone (CET ±2-3 hours)
  • Excellent communication skills—you can distill complex performance data into clear, actionable narratives for clients and stakeholders who don't live in the platforms every day
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate multiple client relationships with professionalism and confidence
  • Strategic mindset—you think about how paid media fits into the bigger picture, not just the technical optimization
  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple client projects


Nice to have

  • Experience running paid campaigns on Meta, YouTube, Reddit, and/or Bing Ads
  • Experience with ABM platforms like Demandbase, 6sense, or RollWorks
  • Agency or consultancy experience working across multiple clients and verticals
