We are seeking a full-time, remote Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our marketing campaigns. This role involves planning, executing, and analyzing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and build brand awareness. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing paid media campaigns, optimizing marketing channels, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall marketing effectiveness. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities and ensuring all campaigns align with business goals.
- Expertise in Performance Marketing, including paid media management, campaign optimization, and analytics
- Strong skills in SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and programmatic display
- Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing tools to measure campaign performance
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer journey tracking
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to align campaigns with business objectives
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving market needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus
