What You Will Support & Drive
Strategic Initiative Activation
- Translate company priorities into clear initiatives, scopes, timelines, and success metrics
- Support the launch and coordination of cross-functional initiatives from concept through completion
- Identify risks, dependencies, and decision points early and surface them proactively
- Maintain momentum and visibility across multiple initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with functional leaders to align sequencing, ownership, and expectations
- Facilitate conversations that clarify priorities and next steps
- Encourage accountability through transparency and consistent follow-up
- Support timely, well-informed decision-making by ensuring the right information is surfaced at the right time
Execution Structure & Visibility
- Track progress and commitments across key initiatives
- Provide clear, concise updates to leadership to support prioritization
- Build lightweight tools and rhythms that improve clarity without adding bureaucracy

Qualifications
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in cross-functional project management, business operations, strategic initiatives, or similar roles within a growing organization
- Demonstrated cross-functional project management experience across a variety of initiatives, such as marketing campaigns, operational improvements, product launches, retail activation, or other company-wide efforts
- Demonstrated experience not only managing projects, but understanding how a business operates end-to-end and how decisions impact outcomes across functions
- Proven ability to connect strategy to execution by recognizing cross-functional interdependencies and key business drivers
- Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving company where priorities shift and execution discipline matters
- Experience in supplement, nutraceutical, consumer health, or DTC environments strongly preferred
