Key Responsibilities
Performance Analysis & Monitoring
- Lead in-depth analysis of healthcare operations data and Customer Success KPIs using Excel, SQL, and Looker.
- Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and customer-driven strategic outcomes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance models to monitor delivery and identify trends.
- Go beyond reporting—interpret data to uncover root causes and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success leaders to craft data-driven strategies that demonstrate value and ROI for customers.
- Support strategic initiatives that drive retention, adoption, and measurable impact.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance reporting systems.
- Continuously improve forecasting and performance models to support business growth.
- 7+ years experience with top-tier healthcare management consulting firm (e.g. Accenture, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY, Huron, KPMG, McKinsey) or health system strategic operations team with deep understanding of healthcare operations and systems is required.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling).
- Proven experience using SQL for data analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint expertise).
- Ability to synthesize data into strategic insights, not just dashboards.
- Experience leading / mentoring teams of analysts with proven ability to influence development of technical and operational skills
