Why this role matters
You will be at the forefront of service redesign, partnering with healthcare stakeholders to expand home therapy capacity and improve patient access. Working closely with Government Affairs & Market Access (GAMA), you’ll align strategies with policy, reimbursement, and patient advocacy initiatives—while leading relationships with clinical and system stakeholders to make PD growth a reality.
This role offers flexibility: fully remote or hybrid, based out of our Kista office, Stockholm, with frequent travel across the Nordic region.
What you’ll do
- Build strong relationships with clinical leaders, payers, and healthcare system stakeholders to identify and deliver PD growth opportunities
- Design and implement service models that expand home therapy capacity
- Partner with GAMA to align with policy and reimbursement strategies
- Support awareness campaigns, roundtables, and reimbursement discussions
- Provide market intelligence and insights to anticipate opportunities and risks
- Demonstrate the clinical, operational, and economic value of home therapy solutions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to turn service redesign into sustainable growth
- Drive PR activities and awareness for PD across the Nordic region
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (Life Science, Business, Economics)
- Extensive experience in healthcare market development, service redesign, or strategic account management
- Deep understanding of Nordic healthcare systems and reimbursement processes
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver evidence-based value propositions
- Strong project management and PR experience in healthcare
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Fluent in Swedish & English (Finnish is a plus)
