Now, we’re looking for a strategic, creative, data-driven Growth Leader to help us scale.

What You’ll Lead
✨ Own and execute our growth strategy across product, brand, and acquisition
✨ Build + optimise funnels for B2C and B2B early traction
✨ Launch high-impact marketing experiments grounded in data
✨ Craft messaging that resonates deeply with women globally
✨ Develop community and partnerships with creators, industry leaders, and organisations
✨ Collaborate directly with the Founder on brand voice, vision, and user journey
✨ Analyse user behaviour to turn insights into strategy
✨ Oversee early GTM motion, storytelling, and creative content formats
This is not a “post on socials” role.
This is brand building, behavioural psychology, and growth experimentation at an early-stage startup.
Who You Are
You might be our person if you:
✔ Have 4+ years in growth, brand, or product marketing
✔ Know how to build and run experimentation frameworks (A/B, ICP testing, funnels)
✔ Understand female users, wellbeing, or future-of-work topics
✔ Are creative but also analytical — you love the art and the science
✔ Thrive in early-stage environments where you’re trusted with real ownership
✔ Can craft messaging that feels warm, human, and emotionally intelligent
✔ Think like a founder and make decisions that drive the business forward
✔ Care about women’s health, data protection, and ethical technology
If you’ve worked with AI tools, femtech, wellness, or behavioural science — HUGE plus.
