We’re looking for a creative storyteller and content strategist who can turn insight into compelling content that energises our network and strengthens the PiXL brand.

As Senior Marketing Officer – Content, you’ll shape and amplify PiXL’s narrative across the education sector.
You’ll work at the centre of our brand, translating the insight, impact and stories from thousands of schools into engaging content that inspires leaders across the UK.
This role blends strategy, storytelling and community engagement.
You’ll create content that informs, celebrates and connects one of the largest professional education communities in the country.
- Lead PiXL’s organic social media storytelling strategy
- Create high-quality content across blogs, podcasts, publications and digital platforms
- Develop case studies showcasing real school improvement stories
- Translate insight from PiXL’s work into thought-leadership content
- Build conversations and engagement across our national network of school leaders
- Maintain a consistent rhythm of impactful, mission-driven content
You might be perfect for this role if you:
- Are an excellent writer and natural storyteller
- Have experience in content marketing, communications or editorial
- Understand how to build engaging social media narratives
- Can create compelling content across multiple formats
- Are organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Have a strong instinct for audience and community engagement
