Accountabilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Support Engineering team, ensuring high performance, engagement, and career growth.
- Oversee daily operations, resource planning, and SLA compliance to deliver exceptional customer support.
- Partner with internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to improve processes, tooling, and knowledge sharing.
- Act as a player/coach by engaging directly with enterprise customers to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Develop standard solutions, author self-serve resources, and enhance documentation for scalable support.
- Manage escalations and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams during incidents.
- Continuously research best practices and evolving technologies to maintain cutting-edge support capabilities.
- 5+ years of industry experience in technical support or engineering, with 3+ years in direct management roles.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with experience hiring, training, and retaining top technical talent.
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end frameworks such as Next.js .
- Proven ability to debug complex technical issues and provide guidance to developers and end-users.
- Excellent operational, communication, and organizational skills.
