What began as a niche enthusiast product has evolved into a worldwide movement with an incredibly passionate community that creates art, stories, videos, and experiences around the brand every day.


The company has invested heavily in product innovation, brand building, and global expansion. Now, the brand is entering its next chapter — scaling its cultural footprint, creator ecosystem, and brand-owned media presence.


This is not a “manage the feed” role.

This is a lead-the-movement role.


The Opportunity

The Senior Social Media Manager & Influencer Marketing will lead global social strategy and community growth, partnering directly with the CMO to shape how the brand shows up in culture across social platforms, creator ecosystems, experiential moments, and emerging brand-owned media. You will step into a brand with a deeply engaged global fan base and help transform organic passion into a scalable community and content engine.


What You Will Own

  • Overall social strategy, content direction, and community storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
  • Development of structured creator, influencer, and affiliate ecosystems
  • Launch and management of an always-on global fan challenge and UGC platform modeled after leading community-driven brands
  • Support in developing a flagship YouTube series focused on approachable expertise, storytelling, and culture
  • Turning real-world brand moments (events, activations, pop-ups) into powerful digital storytelling
  • Supporting cause-driven initiatives, loyalty programs, and purpose-led campaigns that deepen community connection
  • Expanding social and creator strategy internationally, including building local creator networks in Europe
  • Coaching and elevating an existing social team member while building scalable processes and systems

You likely bring:

  • 6+ years of experience leading social and community strategy for a lifestyle, enthusiast, or culture-driven brand (Beauty brand experience is welcome!!)
  • A track record of turning UGC, fandom, and subculture into structured programs and scalable campaigns
  • Strong experience in Influencer partnerships, ambassador programs, and brand collaborations
  • Comfort thinking in formats, series, and recurring programs — not just posts and trends
  • Fluency in multi-platform storytelling, including video and long-form content
  • Experience working in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments where structure is being built alongside growth
