Project Manager – ERP Review & Implementation (Finance)

Are you an experienced ERP Project Manager ready to drive a high-impact transformation across Finance and IT? We are looking for a skilled expert to lead an ERP review and support potential implementation efforts.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment of the current Finance ERP landscape (performance, risks, long-term suitability)
- Coordinate a structured ERP study including benchmarking and market comparisons
- Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Procurement stakeholders
- Contribute to the business case (upgrade vs. replacement)
- Manage project governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical design
- Monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables across evaluation and implementation phases
🎯 Key Qualifications
- Proven ERP project experience (evaluation, implementation, or major upgrade), ideally in Finance
- Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Solid understanding of Finance processes & ERP platforms (SAP, Workday, Microsoft, etc.)
- Experience with vendor assessments or RFP/RFQ processes is beneficial
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent English; German is an asset
