Why Join Giga
- The Pace: You will manage projects moving faster than anywhere else in the industry.
- The Impact: You are the person who turns "concepts" into "contracts" and "data centers."
- The Team: Work with a world-class cross-functional group defining the future of AI infrastructure.
What you’ll do
Giga Energy is seeking a Senior Manager, M&A and Corp Dev to lead the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of powered land and energy infrastructure transactions that fuel our data center and Bitcoin sites.
This is a senior, client-facing deal leadership role for someone who has already led meaningful transactions and is ready to own a strategy. You will originate opportunities, lead cross-functional diligence, structure transactions, and present directly to our investment committee. We are looking for someone commercially sharp, highly analytical, and relentless in getting deals closed.
Where you’ll work
This role will be ideally based in our San Francisco or Houston offices, but we are open to hiring remotely in the USA. If in-office, you must be willing to work in the office full-time, outside of our bi-weekly WFH Fridays.
