THE OPPORTUNITY
The LPGA’s Senior Manager, Learning & Development will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide learning strategies that build leadership capability, elevate performance, and strengthen the employee experience across the organization. This role will play a critical part in helping to build and sustain the LPGA Corporate University by establishing a structured, scalable learning ecosystem that supports professional growth, leadership development, and organizational excellence. The position is responsible for developing innovative learning programs, managing leadership development initiatives, and aligning talent development strategies with the LPGA’s business goals and culture.
Reporting directly to the Vice President Talent Management, this role will partner closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to assess learning needs, implement scalable development solutions, and foster a culture of continuous growth and development.

What You’ll Do
- Engage in the design and implementation of a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports organizational priorities and enhances employee capability at all levels across the LPGA – including our hybrid, remote, in-person, and road warrior staff.
- Lead the design, launch, and ongoing management of the LPGA Corporate University, including curriculum architecture and program delivery.
- Develop and execute leadership development programs for emerging leaders, mid-level managers, and senior leadership cohorts; core LPGA foundational courses; compliance training; etc.
- Conduct organizational learning needs assessments and translate findings into targeted, measurable development initiatives.
- Develop and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning experiences (both in-person and virtual).
- Develop, manage and continually enhance the LPGA University learning management system (LMS).
- Manage and continuously enhance the organization’s learning platforms, tools, and resources to ensure accessibility and effectiveness.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to integrate learning solutions into talent processes such as performance management, onboarding, etc.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data, feedback, and key metrics; refine offerings to ensure continuous improvement and ROI.
- Manage external vendors, consultants, guest speakers, and partnerships related to leadership development and learning solutions.
- Partner alongside HR Business Partners to coach and advise leaders on development strategies, team effectiveness, and building high-performing teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Learning & Development, HR, Education, OD or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or program management experience designing and delivering leadership development initiatives.
- Experience building or supporting a corporate university, academy model, or structured enterprise learning framework preferred.
- Experience building or supporting a learning management system (LMS).
- Team player that embraces and celebrates the synergy of diverse teams.
- Ability to lead and mentor staff.
- Ability to influence and work with senior leaders.
- Strong communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal skills, and analytical skills required.
- Some travel required.
