Accountabilities
- Lead operational projects supporting market expansion into new countries and regions.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure smooth entry, focusing on compliance, legal, and payroll operations.
- Collaborate with Product, Legal, HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure operational readiness for new market launches.
- Oversee onboarding of new global entities, including tax, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational workflows and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful launches in new regions.
- Maintain operational documentation, including workflows, SOPs, and launch checklists.
- Monitor and report on the performance of new market operations and ensure adherence to local laws and regulations.
- Serve as the escalation point for partner-supported countries, supporting issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- 7+ years of experience in operations, expansion, or project management with a focus on global growth.
- 3+ years of experience managing or leading a team.
- Strong understanding of global expansion processes, including legal, tax, and payroll operations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects across multiple countries.
- Exceptional project management, governance, and organizational skills.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
