ABOUT THE ROLE


As a seasoned expert in digital customer transformation, you possess deep knowledge of marketing, sales, and service business processes. You will be a crucial member of our team, driving clients' business transformations towards sustainable growth and maximizing their return on investment. Leveraging your proven track record, you will translate clients' business objectives into concrete improvements across processes, people, data, and Salesforce technology. You'll lead complex transformations, ensuring smooth implementations, ultimately delivering tangible business value.


Beyond client work, you will actively contribute to our Business Consulting & Advisory practice, supporting our international growth by developing valuable assets that accelerate project delivery and enhance our service offerings.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING


  • Conduct thorough client needs assessments to understand customers’ business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Develop and implement digital roadmaps that are closely aligned with customers’ business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and guide customers on all aspects of (digital) business transformation.
  • Utilize our Design Led Approach to design and implement impactful solutions, driving meaningful change.
  • Build confidence by developing strong Value/Business cases that justify strategic decisions.
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, guiding the translation of requirements into Salesforce designs.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support user adoption of Salesforce.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices, especially in the area of business transformation and AI.
  • Contribute to the development of new consulting propositions and offerings.


ABOUT YOU


Please note: We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team for a full-time position. Please note that, due to legal and operational constraints, we can only consider applicants who possess valid and relevant work permits that allow full-time employment in the Netherlands. This requirement is essential for the successful execution of the role and compliance with local regulations. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this prerequisite.


  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • >7 years of experience as a management/business consultant in digital transformations.
  • Experience in (at least) one of these domains: marketing, sales, services, operations or AI
  • Ability to work strategically and tactically
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
  • Fluent in English and Dutch is essential
  • Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of building robust relationships with customers and internal/project teams.
  • Interest in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably already having Salesforce certifications
