In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $152,100.00 - $242,900.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Key Responsibilities
As Sr. Manager of Business Performance and Operations, you'll guide a talented team at the intersection of technology, finance, and real estate. Your leadership will:
- Lead and develop a team of performance analysts and business analysts to conduct deep analysis on large datasets, uncovering insights that drive growth and inform high-stakes business decisions across the organization
- Oversee Monthly Business Reviews, Forecasting, and Annual Planning processes
- Guide the creation of insightful data visualizations and strategic recommendations, effectively communicating across all levels of the organization
- Foster alignment across Product, Data Science, Engineering Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Experience teams, delivering actionable insights to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness
- Communicate complex analyses and strategies to executive leadership

- Experienced in bridging the gap between data insights and business performance improvements
- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years of people management and 6+ years in revenue performance or similar data-driven roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, or related quantitative field
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies based on data
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field
- Knowledge of the real estate or technology industry
