Join our team as a Senior Management Data Delivery Manager where you will spearhead the delivery of complex data projects, ensuring technical excellence and smooth stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end delivery for assigned client accounts and act as the lead point for all delivery-related issues
- Maintain compliance with delivery governance and processes according to established models
- Allocate and manage resources to align with delivery timelines and skill requirements
- Lead architectural decisions to ensure solutions meet quality and scalability standards
- Coordinate efforts across multiple stakeholders and disciplines for successful project delivery
- Build and sustain client partnerships while managing project risks
- Prepare and review proposals, statements of work, and project documentation
- Adopt and enforce best practices, methodologies, and agile delivery principles
- Develop and apply risk mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycles
- Continuously monitor and improve delivery performance metrics
- Support sales by contributing delivery expertise during bid and proposal stages
- Mentor delivery managers and foster skill development within the team
Requirements
- At least 9 years of experience in delivering Data and Analytics projects including Big Data, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence
- Proficient in Python, Scala, or Java and experienced with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and Kafka
- Expertise in designing and managing data platform engineering solutions for batch and streaming data
- Strong SQL capabilities and experience with Big Data solution architecture
- Experience leading on-premises to cloud migration projects on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Comprehensive understanding of data architecture and security concerns in data-driven projects
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and classical analytics techniques
- Excellent multitasking skills in a dynamic environment with strong client communication (English C1 level)
- Thorough understanding of delivery methodologies including agile and change management
