About the Job
This fully remote position is ideal for a Sweden-based legal professional seeking to take on a broad and senior legal remit within a dynamic global group. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will advise leadership teams across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong emphasis on commercial contract work and legal risk management.
Duties will include:
- Providing legal counsel to senior management across international business units
- Leading the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements, with a focus on software licensing contracts
- Advising on legal aspects of acquisitions, integrations, and business growth
- Supporting compliance with Swedish, EU, and other international legal standards
- Managing external counsel and mentoring junior legal colleagues
- Overseeing internal contract governance and reporting on legal risks
- Handling dispute resolution processes and liaising with relevant authorities where required
About the Successful Applicant
You will be a qualified legal professional in Sweden (Advokat or equivalent), with strong post-qualification experience in commercial law, ideally in-house or within the technology or telecoms sectors. A solid track record in negotiating software licensing agreements is essential, alongside the ability to operate confidently across international teams and complex legal matters.
