We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager/Learning Consultant to lead and manage three critical aspects of our learning programs about AI, Data and Personal Productivity.

You will report to the Head of Learning & Operations, and collaborate closely with Sales, design and a team of experienced Learning Consultants.


Tasks

Customer partnership & success



  • Act as a strategic partner to enterprise clients.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with them, understanding their unique training needs and challenges together in collaboration with Sales

  • Run customer onboarding, Impact Reviews and strategic alignment sessions with customers.

  • Identify learning needs and convert them into program strategies.

  • Manage expectations, feedback loops, and success metrics.

  • Maanage risks and spot upsell potentials


Operations & project management



  • Coordinate timelines, resources, trainers, and delivery across all stakeholders.

  • Ensure programs run smoothly, on time, and within scope.

  • Track risks, milestones, and operational metrics.

  • Oversee trainer allocation, onboarding, and performance follow-up.


Learning consulting & program design



  • Lead the architecture of blended learning programs.

  • Translate client goals into clear pedagogical concepts.

  • Collaborate with trainers to ensure consistent instructional quality.

  • Iterate programs based on learner data and evidence.


Your impact:



  • Influence the design quality of enterprise programs measured by NPS

  • Ensure learning programs deliver measurable outcome for enterprise customers like hours back to the business or confidence in AI Adoption.

  • Shape and collaborate with the team on how our methodology evolves with customers


Requirements

Necessary:



  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, preferrably catering to L&D Departments of large enterprises.

  • Familiarity with enterprise client communication and proven ability to listen, persuade, and support

  • "Who if not you". You have Experience in a Startup with between 10-50 employees. You are motivated to take ownership and shape this company together.

  • Ability to translate business goals into learning interventions

  • Documentation mindset: as a remote-first company, we document all processes to ensure seemless handovers and sync amongst team members.


Nice-to-have:



  • Experience in designing learning programs, especially blended learning concepts

  • Excellent training or workshop facilitation skills.

  • Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies

  • Knowledge about "Winning by Design"

  • Data-driven mindset and ability to read and build reports.
