Senior IT Project Manager
Location: Netherlands (Hybrid / On-site as required)

We are currently supporting a leading player in the automation and intralogistics space in the Netherlands who is looking to appoint a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, business-critical technology initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of IT, warehouse operations, and automation delivery ,ideal for someone who understands both enterprise systems and operational execution.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of end-to-end IT project delivery across warehouse environments, managing integrations between WMS, WCS, ERP, and automation platforms. The focus is on structured execution, stakeholder management, and ensuring system performance aligns with operational KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle IT projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare
- Manage integrations across WMS, WCS, ERP, SCADA, and automation systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, operations, software, controls, vendors)
- Oversee budgets, timelines, risk mitigation, and governance reporting
- Drive stakeholder communication at senior business and operational levels
- Ensure system performance meets contractual and operational KPIs
- Support change management and user adoption in live warehouse environments
Required Background
- Strong experience within warehouse automation, logistics, or intralogistics environments
- Proven delivery of WMS/WCS integration projects
- Experience working with third-party automation vendors
- Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows
- Client-facing and commercially aware
- Fluent English (Dutch advantageous)
