Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Influencer Coordinator. This role is open to applicants residing in the U.S. or Canada. The selected candidate will manage relationships with influencers, coordinate campaign strategies, oversee execution, and monitor performance metrics to achieve campaign success. Responsibilities include identifying and vetting potential influencers, negotiating collaborations, creating detailed reports, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and creators. The Senior Influencer Coordinator will also play a key role in refining and implementing best practices for influencer engagement and agency processes.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, and partnership coordination
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills to engage with influencers and clients
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
  • Data analysis and reporting skills to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • A creative mindset with problem-solving capabilities and an eye for innovative marketing trends
  • Proficiency in using influencer management platforms and social media analytics tools
  • Understanding of inclusive marketing strategies and experience working with diverse creators is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Bilingual (e.g., English/Spanish) preferred
