Role: Senior Identity & Accesss Management Consultant
Location(s): Stockholm, Malmö, Göteborg (hybrid 1-2 days pw)
Salary: up to 80,000 SEK per month
Lawrence Harvey are partnered with a Private-Equity backed Consultancy that are in a rapid phase of growth across their whole Global Cyber Security Division. Their Identity function is one of the most successful and fast-growing business units across the company, meaning they're looking to add multiple consultants this year. You will be joining at a critical phase of their growth where you'll be able to have true influence over the strategic diretion of the function.
What you'll be doing:
- Assessing current IAM maturity and defining target operating models
- Developing IAM roadmaps aligned to business and security strategy
- Designing scalable identity architectures across hybrid and cloud environments
- Defining access models (RBAC/ABAC), lifecycle processes, and integration patterns
- Leading or supporting end-to-end IAM implementations
- Integrating applications, directories, and cloud platforms
What you'll need:
- Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Azure AD Identity Governance
- IAM/PAM solutions such as Microsoft Identity Manager, One Identity, Omada and/or CyberArk
- Strong understanding of directory services: Active Directory, Azure AD, B2B/B2C and LDAP
- Experience with .NET, PowerShell or JavaScript
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or similar are considered an advantage
