Senior Human Resources Business Partner – Ivy Rehab for Kids
- Lead all talent and performance management processes
- Lead at least one enterprise-level project to advance Ivy’s people and talent processes (e.g., onboarding, engagement, performance management)
- Partner with leadership to provide counsel and support on both long-term strategic talent initiatives and short-term employee relations issues
- Analyze and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures that result in continuous improvements across the network
- Promote a caring, serving and growing culture in field operations, as measured by regional performance and teammate engagement
- Serve as first point of contact for leaders and teammates
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Coordinate with hiring managers in region to ensure successful onboarding of new teammates
- Collaborate with regional leadership to help drive the annual teammate performance review process
- Monitor local regulatory and legal developments to ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations

- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including an ability to listen effectively and to communicate information clearly

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- 8-10+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a multi-site environment
- PHR/SPHR/GPHR preferred
- In-depth knowledge of state and federal labor laws
- Willing to travel periodically to visit clinical locations in region (up to 20% travel)
