What You'll Do:

• Manage HR tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and calendar maintenance
• Maintain accurate and confidential member records
• Oversee benefits plans and act as the main contact for team members regarding perks
• Foster positive relationships, resolve disputes, and mediate conflicts
• Encourage team participation, gather feedback, and improve member retention
• Support HR projects such as engagement programs and diversity initiatives
• Compile and analyze benefits data, generating insightful reports
  
  

Who We're Looking For:

• 4-5 years as an HR Generalist, ideally in a BPO environment
• Knowledge of HR processes
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Forms, Canva)
