In this role, you will lead the creation and execution of global marketing campaigns that translate deep technical expertise into compelling narratives for engineers, SREs, and CTOs. You will build and scale a high-impact marketing function from the ground up, leveraging content, video, and AI-enabled workflows to drive demand and engagement. Working closely with product, DevRel, and design teams, you will shape the company’s brand, ensure technical accuracy, and optimize campaigns for performance. Your work will influence both top-of-funnel awareness and conversion across international markets. This is an early leadership role offering autonomy, creativity, and the opportunity to define the marketing playbook for a category-defining technical platform.

Accountabilities

  • Design and execute global marketing campaigns that deconstruct complex technical topics into accessible, high-impact content.
  • Build and scale a campaign and content function, including email sequences, social campaigns, landing pages, and YouTube strategies.
  • Integrate AI-enabled tools into content workflows to enhance efficiency and maintain technical accuracy.
  • Own account-based marketing (ABM) and personalized campaign tracks for high-value customers.
  • Collaborate with DevRel, product, and design teams to ensure campaigns are technically accurate, visually cohesive, and culturally adapted for international markets.
  • Support PR, thought leadership, and brand-building initiatives to strengthen the company’s positioning in the market.
  • Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on technical content and campaign execution.
  • Proven track record in scaling organic traffic, generating leads, and building marketing engines from scratch.
  • Strong technical intuition and ability to translate complex topics into compelling narratives for multiple seniority levels.
  • Exceptional written communication skills in English, with a journalistic or deep-storytelling approach.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and iterating strategies based on metrics.
  • Proficiency with modern marketing tools, including CRM, SEO, content management, and project management platforms.
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments is highly desirable, with comfort in an early-stage, fast-paced setting.
