We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our product ecosystem. You will work across web and mobile platforms, contributing to both front-end and back-end development while helping shape scalable architecture for future growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, business-aware, and comfortable contributing not only to development but also to technical analysis and presales activities.
Tasks
- Build, maintain, and scale web applications using React and Node.js
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native
- Work across front-end and back-end layers, including APIs, integrations, and database design
- Analyze existing assets, documentation, and designs to define technical solutions
- Support presales activities by contributing to technical analysis, estimations, and solution proposals
- Participate in preparing offers, validating feasibility, and shaping technical scope
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, designers, and business teams
- Leverage AI tooling such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and similar agentic AI development tools to enhance productivity and accelerate delivery
- Operate independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Strong hands-on expertise with React, Node.js, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Solid experience with React Native for mobile development
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
- Strong understanding of application architecture and scalability
- Experience analyzing documentation, designs, and technical assets
- Exposure to presales, technical estimations, or solution design is a strong plus
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 or above)
- Ability to work remotely, proactively, and independently
- Availability within European time zones
- High proficiency with AI development tools (Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) is strongly preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience contributing to technical proposals or RFPs
- Experience in client-facing technical discussions
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar)
- Understanding of DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines
