What you will do
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers, and data scientists to ship frontend components that elevate the customer journey.
- Write modern, testable, maintainable React code following best practices, from design validation through CI/CD deployment and monitoring.
- Contribute to work planning, tracking, and team efficiency—owning outcomes that deliver real customer value.
- Mentor team members, fostering growth mindset and alignment while raising our engineering standards.
- Advise product managers strategically, shaping projects for scalability, quality, and impact.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimizing for performance and user delight.
- 5+ years building products with strong JavaScript, React.js (including Flux/Redux workflows), RESTful APIs, and modern auth like JSON Web Tokens.
- Hands-on experience with frontend build tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM) and code versioning (BitBucket).
- Do you thrive in the full product lifecycle—from requirements to deployment and monitoring?
- Can you benchmark, optimize, and turn business needs into elegant technical solutions?
- Are you comfortable mentoring, collaborating across teams, and raising engineering standards?
