Drayton is proud to be partnering with Natara to appoint a European Key Account Manager. This is a commercially focused, hands-on role managing a portfolio of some of the most respected customers and distributors in the flavour and fragrance sector.
Natara is a UK-based independent manufacturer of specialty aroma chemicals and natural extracts, with operations in the UK, US and China. Backed by Exponent and led by an experienced executive team, the business is undergoing a transformation, building new ways of working and deepening its customer partnerships following its carve-out from IFF.
This role reports directly to the VP Commercial, Europe & Strategic Accounts and will play a key part in shaping how Natara engages and grows its most strategic relationships. The successful candidate will lead strategic account planning, identify growth opportunities, and work cross-functionally to deliver solutions across supply chain, QA, marketing and product development.
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Experience managing regional key accounts or distributors in a B2B ingredients environment (F&F or adjacent)
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-starting mindset and comfort with ambiguity
- The ability to work remotely while travelling regularly across Europe
- Ideally based in the Netherlands, with fluency in English; other European languages a plus
