In this role, the Senior Director acts as a strategic integrator across functions, shaping long-term direction and ensuring disciplined execution through strong program oversight. The position leads complex, cross-functional initiatives, aligns programs with portfolio and organisational priorities, manages financial and resource planning, and provides concise, executive-level visibility into program performance.
Desirable Attributes & Experience
- Experienced in leading transformation.
- Over 12 years of Program/Project Management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing complex, cross-functional product development portfolios.Proven background in highly regulated settings, particularly within IVD, medical devices, or life sciences, with comprehensive understanding of design control, ISO 13485 quality frameworks, and FDA, IVDR, and CE regulatory pathways.
- Proven track record in guiding and mentoring Project Managers, fostering talent growth, defining performance expectations, and driving effective execution of complex, multi-program projects.
- Successful history of overseeing new product development and lifecycle programs, guiding products from concept to market with clear accountability for schedule, cost, and compliance performance.
