About the role:
We're seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Channel Partner Marketing to own our channel and partnership strategy, transforming our partner program into a pipeline-generating powerhouse. This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth and market expansion by developing and executing impactful go-to-market (GTM) strategies with our strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel & Partnership Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive pipeline growth through partners and channel relationships.
- Strategic Partner Development: Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key strategic partners to create win-win opportunities and expand market reach.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Collaborate with strategic partners to develop and execute joint GTM plans that align with shared business objectives.
- Joint Marketing Initiatives: Plan, launch, and oversee impactful co-marketing campaigns that drive demand and build brand equity with and through partners.
- Partner Enablement: Develop a comprehensive suite of enablement tools and content to support partner success, including sales tools, training materials, and marketing assets.
- Program Management: Oversee global partner marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact.
- Revenue Growth: Transform the partner marketing function into a key revenue-driving unit, setting clear KPIs to measure pipeline contribution.
- Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing partner marketing team, fostering collaboration across sales, marketing, and product teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related roles in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and scaling partner programs that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
- Expertise in building and managing strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Strong ability to create and execute joint GTM strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of launching and managing co-marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize performance.
- Strong knowledge of partner enablement strategies, tools, and content creation.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $220k-250k (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
