Accountabilities
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide marketing strategies aligned with business goals and long-term vision
- Drive brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and cohesive brand identity across all channels
- Oversee creation of high-quality marketing content that clearly communicates value propositions and differentiators
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales, product, and customer experience initiatives
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, monitoring ROI and optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8–10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role, ideally in healthcare or technology
- Proven track record in developing and executing enterprise-level marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and regulatory considerations
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with experience managing high-performing teams
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies including SEO, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and paid media
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
