Brief Description
We are seeking a Tenured Sales Hunter to lead UK/Europe Region and drive sales of software solutions, consulting and IT services within our Infrastructure & security division. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in New Business Development from lead generation to closing deals and have a robust network within the industry.
The role is expected to lead from the front & contribute to increasing the sales. The person must independently generate leads and convert to deals to yield new logos for IMSS UK/Europe
Market facing role
- Meet annual sales target as per the Europe Revenue Plan by crafting a GTM that meets the overall revenue goals.
- Identify Must Have Account (MHA) lists for Infra and security services and develop a plan to acquire those logos in discussion with delivery and practice heads.
- Ensure a cross-geo coordinated pursuit for Global Accounts to increase probability of closing these logos in Europe.
- Meet and build relationships with customer CXOs to increase the probability of winning.
- Work closely with Alliance Head to invest in and leverage our partners to create a Win-Win strategy and contribute to new logo acquisition efforts. This would include working with some of the PE channel partners as well.
- Work with Marketing team to build a Pull strategy leveraging various channels including website, social media and analysts.
- Engage with the Analyst and Advisory firms from a field relationship perspective.
- Team management to ensure that the team gives the best performance. Ensure the total geo sales target is achieved
Responsibilities:
- Head the UK/Europe region for Infrastructure and Security.
- Track record of consistently achieving Infra and security revenue goals and acquiring new logos.
- Ability to influence and position services offerings in alignment with market requirements.
- Experience with entire sales cycle including building and executing GTM strategies.
- Working with different functions in a collaborative way to ensure goals are met.
- Building and inspiring a high performing team that consistently achieves.
- Ability to win the confidence of customer executive leadership to build long term relationships.
- End-to-End Sales: Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate credible, long-term relationships with prospects and customers to encourage repeat business.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed assigned quarterly sales revenue targets (recognized and collected).
- Opportunity Management: Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely records of contact and opportunity information.
- Account Development: Identify and develop new accounts while expanding business within existing accounts.
- Industry Representation: Attend and represent the company at various business and industry meetings, conferences and trade shows.
- Channel Strategy: Implement a comprehensive channel and partner strategy with multipoint lead generation to maximize outreach.
- Network Utilization: Leverage existing networks and alliances to uncover additional sales opportunities.
- Customer Alignment: Set customer expectations consistent with Happiest Minds’ service offerings and delivery capabilities.
