Senior Director, Marketing Operations & Inbound Strategy (12–18 month contract)

We’re seeking a seasoned marketing leader to oversee global inbound marketing strategy and marketing operations for a high-growth B2B technology company. This 12–18 month contract offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact, with the potential for a longer-term role within the organization after the contract. You’ll have the chance to build scalable programs, data-driven operations, and initiatives that drive measurable growth.
About the Role:
You’ll lead the global inbound and marketing operations function, partnering closely with Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product & Customer Marketing, Data Science, and Sales. Your mission: build operational excellence, optimize the lead funnel, and ensure marketing drives measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the global inbound marketing strategy and operations roadmap (martech, email nurture, website, CRO)
- Own end-to-end lead funnel performance and seamless handoffs across functions
- Build reporting, dashboards, and attribution frameworks to support revenue-focused decisions
- Analyze performance to identify growth levers and optimization opportunities
- Mentor and lead a high-performing inbound marketing & operations team
What We’re Looking For:
- 15+ years in B2B SaaS or technology marketing, with senior leadership in inbound and marketing operations
- Proven track record scaling inbound programs with measurable revenue impact
- Expertise in email & nurture programs, website optimization, CRO, and funnel management
- Hands-on experience with modern marketing technology and analytics tools
- Strong cross-functional partnership and stakeholder management skills
- Bonus: Global or multi-region team leadership
