Celsius Holdings is seeking a Sr. Director of International Strategy & Transformation to drive global growth for its energy drink brands, Celsius and Alani Nu.
This strategic and operational leader will work closely with the General Manager of International and cross-functional partners to execute high-impact market entry strategies, route-to-market designs, and organizational transformation programs.
The role is global in scope and requires regular international travel.

- To Note: Salary range (120,000 - 150,000) is in Euros*
International Growth Strategy & Market Prioritization:
- Define international expansion strategies and market archetypes, conduct assessments, and develop playbooks for priority markets.
- Align and integrate Celsius and Alani Nu go-to-market strategies across regions, ensuring clarity in brand positioning and localized innovation.
- Assess and support implementation of go-to-market models tailored to regional requirements; improve scalability and operational efficiency.
- Lead key work-streams on operating model evolution, pilot programs, and capability building. Develop tracking tools to measure ROI and success.
- Partner with senior leadership and key functional areas (Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal) to ensure strategy alignment and delivery.
- 10+ years in strategy, transformation, or international business within beverage, CPG, or wellness.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in strategic planning and business modeling.
- Understanding of global distribution and expansion strategies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across diverse regions.
- Communication skills suited for senior leadership.
- Global mindset with willingness to travel.
