About The Role

We are looking for a senior Digital PR & Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role that combines strategic digital PR, relationship management, and account management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced communicator who can confidently engage with stakeholders at enterprise-level and Fortune 500 companies while coordinating internal teams to deliver successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Digital PR & Media Relations

  • Build and manage relationships with journalists, editors, publishers, and industry influencers.
  • Negotiate placements, partnerships, interviews, and content opportunities.
  • Develop and execute digital PR campaigns that generate brand visibility and high-quality media coverage.
  • Identify creative story angles and opportunities for client promotion.

Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and campaign reviews.
  • Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Enterprise & Corporate Communications

  • Collaborate with internal teams at large corporations and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments and multiple approval processes.
  • Coordinate with marketing, communications, content, and leadership teams to ensure campaign success.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with content, SEO, link-building, and outreach teams.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable campaign plans.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements

Essential

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital PR, Public Relations, Communications, or Account Management.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Based in Europe.
  • Experience working with enterprise organizations or Fortune 500 companies.
  • Background in agency environments.
  • Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing.
  • Existing media and publisher relationships.

Compensation
